As a heritage home, local by-laws mandated that the main street elevation remain unchanged and that the new build extend behind its façade. Hallmarks of the project include careful detailing and bold accents of color; although, there is a definite transition in palette and feel from the more formal public spaces to the private areas where there is a youthful and relaxed energy.
